This is a sculpture seen from an angle. The front half of a brown hen is hanging on the wall. Its crest is red and shinny, its beak is holding a pink ribbon of the dress of the little ceramics girl hanging below. She's dressed in a 1950's blue dress with a white collar, and has ruffled socks and shinny black shoes. Her hair is short and brown, and she is holding on to a huge speckled egg that she has stollen from the hen. Only one foot of the hen is visible. The foot is trying to hold on to the girl.
